Requirements:

1. Director – Dean

· Academic Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree · Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure · Minimum - 3 years in an executive position – General Manager and above · Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

2. Director SIR (Student & Industry Relations)

· Academic Qualifications: Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree

· Minimum - 10 years in marketing function

· Minimum - 3 years in a management position

· Hospitality teaching experience would be an added advantage.

3. Senior Faculty, Front Office:

· Academic Qualifications: Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree

· Professional Experience:

- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division Manager and Resident Manager

- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

4. Senior Faculty, Housekeeping

· Academic Qualifications: Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

· Professional Experience:

- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division manager or Head, Housekeeper

- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

5. Senior Faculty, Kitchen:

· Academic Qualifications: Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree

· Professional Experience:

- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Executive Chef

- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

6. Senior Faculty, Restaurant Services:

· Academic Qualifications: Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree

· Professional Experience:

- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as F & B Director

- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

7. Kitchen Instructor

Qualification:

· Professional experience:

§ Minimum—5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

§ Minimum—3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Sous-Chef and Sous Chef

§ Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

· Academic qualifications

§ Minimum—ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

8. Service Instructor

§ Professional experience:

§ Minimum—5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

§ Minimum—3 years in a mid-management position such as Restaurant Manager

§ Teaching experience would be an added advantage

§ Academic qualifications:

§ Minimum—ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

9. House Keeping Instructor

· Professional experience:

· Minimum—5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

· Minimum—3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Housekeeper also in charge of hotel laundry/drycleaning.

· Teaching experience would be an added advantage

· Academic qualifications:

Minimum—ANTC or ND + labour trade test II

10. Front Office Instructor

· Professional experience

· Minimum—5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure

· Minimum—3 years in a mid-management position such as Front Office Manager

· Teaching experience would be an added advantage.

· Academic qualifications

· Minimum—ANTC or ND + labour trade test II
